Services Provided

Threshold Astrology is owned and operated by Diana McNiff, Founder of Threshold Astrology. Diana provides astrology-based consultations, interpretations, and educational services, including guidance based in astrological methods. Services may include natal chart readings, transit readings, relationship readings, electional services, written interpretations, writing and editing services, and educational workshops and resources.

Practitioner Background

Diana McNiff (“the practitioner”) has training and experience in astrology and related client-support work. She completed Astrology University’s Professional Astrologer Diploma Program in 2025 and received her Master of Social Work from Rutgers School of Social Work in 2026. Scope of Practice and Boundaries

Astrology services are offered for personal insight, reflection, and educational purposes only. These services are NOT medical, mental health, psychotherapy, legal, financial, or emergency services. While Diana McNiff is trained as a licensed therapist, services provided through Threshold Astrology are not offered as part of her clinical psychotherapeutic work. No diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, or guarantee of outcomes is provided. You agree to seek help from qualified professionals for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or crisis concerns.

Client Responsibilities

I agree to provide accurate information as needed for services and to use my own judgment when making personal decisions. I understand that any decisions I make based on astrology services are my responsibility.

Fees and Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing. Fees are nonrefundable once a session is booked, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time unless otherwise stated in writing. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.

No Guaranteed Results

I understand that astrology is interpretive and subjective, is not “fortune telling” and can not predict exact events, activities or behaviors. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Confidentiality and Records

Information shared during services will be handled with reasonable care. We may retain client records, scheduling information, intake forms, payment records, and your acknowledgment of this agreement. Use of natal chart information for any parties outside the booking client requires written consent, obtained directly from the consenting individual via a Third Party Consent Form.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By signing below, checking a box, replying by email, or submitting an online form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Client Services Agreement.
